Every one of the ten highest summits in the Rocky Mountains stands in Colorado, each rising more than 14,270 feet above the sea. Below them lies the Sawatch Range, the spine of the Continental Divide, home to the tallest of them all.
Scroll to rise through the clouds and visit each peak in turn, tallest first. Every summit is a 3D model built from real USGS elevation data, turning slowly so you can see it from every side. Temperatures are live, modelled at the summit.
